Dr. André Broome is Senior Lecturer in International Political Economy in the Department of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Birmingham, and is Principal Research Fellow on the European Commission FP7 project Global Re-ordering: Revolution through European Networks (GR:EEN) in the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation at the University of Warwick.
